Provide an email address you actively check on the order form for questions and design previews. To respect both your time and ours, if we do not receive your confirmation on the design within 48 hours, your order will be finalized and processed without any changes. Since these are personal, one-of-a-kind designs, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged.
